The screw material cylinder is meticulously crafted from 38 CrMoAl alloy steel post nitrogen treatment, ensuring optimal rigidity and corrosion resistance.
The mold head features hard chromium plating and a screw mandrel structure that enables uniform and smooth material discharge, with characteristics including consistent air-jet quantity, automatic temperature control, and automatic heating.
The water-cooling system guarantees the transparency of the final film product.
